The apartment was not built until now. Is not it?
I give you two solutions; you can have the better one for you.
1 - Design Tip
The first solution:
One piece reception and move the space into one place to have a bedroom separated from the reception area. This solution eliminates a corridor to which all openings and doors are collected for achieving more extension to the reception and privacy for bedrooms area.
The second solution:
If you don't desire to make a dramatic change, you can collect the bedrooms to two sections:
Section (A): It collected the distribution hall where bathrooms, kitchens, two rooms exist.
Section (B): We can move the room door to open from living room but it should not face the flat door and the living room shall be as an extension to the reception area.
2 - Technical Tip
You did not determine the main streets, neighbors and skylight. If you did, we should have more solutions.
3 - Coloring Tip
Colors in this stage shall follow decoration theme.
The end of the corridors should be in red color to eliminate feeling of long corridors.
4 - Shopping Tip
We can say to the contractor that It is recommended to make some modifications for lifting furniture and to help in apartment finishing.
