1 - Design Tip
- The plane façade needs decoration to protect it from the sun heat.

2 - Technical Tip

- The second method:-
- Use steel skeleton and put a net of steel and reinforced it by pieces of steel, make sure that the steel net it perfected tight to grantee a good plaster surface .
- make craftsmen do the two steps of plaster, put pods after that smooth the surface.
- Do not forget electricity tubs during the steel skeleton install and the lighting finishing when the steel finishing.
3 - Coloring Tip
- The façade color depended on the government roles, cods or the building surround.
- If it is free to choose the color, choose colors which do not changed by sun effects or rain, and durable in front of dust .
- Generally the are three levels of color… the dark in the left element … the lighter in the L shape in the bottom of the façade … the more lighter on the square at the top of façade...the most light in the whole façade ..The steel motives is most darkness.
- You can use some levels of gray.. or brown …but I advise you do not use anther color if you do not have architect helps you .
- The paste is for facades as well as the painting. The brands I am going to tell you later.
4 - Shopping Tip
- Cement board, make the contractor buy it and perform , use good brand in your country .
- Also if you use steel.
- Cement, use kind suitable for outdoor work, and adhere with the instruction in storage the packets.
